The heated greenhouses are by reservation only. Make your reservation here.

The Zócalo patio has been transformed to house nine heated, weatherproof greenhouses that can hold up to six guests each for the Armonia Pop-Up.  They are available for a 90-minute reservation Tuesday-Sunday through the end of March. In addition to a flat reservation fee, there is a one-drink minimum per guest.

John Dye and his team, led by Jeff Kinder, have borrowed elements from Bryant’s, At Random and The Jazz Estate to create a specialty cocktail list that highlights the diversity of the space.

Expect to find plenty of cocktails using spirits from the Caribbean and Latin America

The cocktail offerings will include hot drinks to keep guests warm this time of year like the Euphonia Musica, a hot-buttered rum variation made with Chartreuse Liqueur and spices, and the Heart Leaf, a Mezcal based cocktail with flavors of banana, pineapple, walnut and lime.

In addition to craft cocktails, resident food trucks Mazorca TacosAnytime ArepaModern MakiDairyland Hamburgers and Ruby’s Bagels, as well as weekend guest trucks, will be slinging their delicious specialties.
